help noticed this on my angel

I'm gonna go w/ parasites, without a clearer pic or more info to go on. I'de read threw the disease stickies. brownish/red "hairs" attached to the sac, seen from time to time, as the worms will "leek" and crawl back into the fish. It's an actual inflamation of the intestine due to infestation of worms and should be treated asap. If that is the case. I may be off my mark, But from what i'm seeing it's likely. Have you lost any fish lately? introduced new ones? water perameters? what do you feed?

no new fish water as usual, i feed them blood worms and flakes have done for months now
