Help ntt eye damage

This morning i notice my ntt eye ball poped? The outside skin of the eyeball has been cut open , is there anything I can do ??? Donno what happen to him

Start with water change and add aquarium salt. How do you think it happened? Are there other fish in the tank? Sharp rocks? Please post water parameters

I think he ran into a canister intake maybe , other are all okay , can it be cure ？... Like the outer layer covering the eyeball rip ,,,,

It should heal up with good water quality and I would definitely add aquarium salt. It may lose sight in the eye. Post a pic if possible

Clean water and 1 tbls per 5 gallons of water. I would do about 40% water change every other day with the salt until it heals. I had a fish with its eye almost torn out and I used same treatment with success. Good luck

thanks, and now i notice the other side of the eye is cloudy..
