Help on how to sex kirin parrots?

I bought a kirin parrot today and I think it is a female because it has the black mark on the dorsal fin like the normal fh females do, but as this is my first one and I am not an expert on sexing fish yet I am not sure. So my question is if it has the black mark on the dorsal fin does it mean its a female?
 
Nice little Kirin you picked up there. Black on the dorsal means its likely a female but this is not 100% accurate. Theres no real way to sex parrots without venting them but for now I would say its say to say its a female.

Thanks for the reply. So would venting them be the same as bp? Also the black flower mark on her dorsal fin is not just 1 but 2 wanna be looking flower marks
