Im starting my own aquarium, i have 4 senegal bichirs(5cms) and 2 albino clawed(3 weeks old) water frogs. is it safe for them to be swimming together in the same tank? each species having their own territory?

how big is the tank? 4 senegals in the same tank seems like a bad idea. There pretty territorial.
The sens are fine together but they will most likely out grow the frogs and eat them but I have never owned frogs.
