Help on RTC red colour

I know that RTC's red colour comes from shrimp. I need to know if market prawn have the same effect.

My RTCs are farm raised so their tails are pink rather than red. They already reach 15' so I need to know is it too late for their tail become red or otherwise.

If their tail still can changed colour, i need to know how fast the colour change, the amount of shrimp needed and can the colour maintain red after stop feeding them shrimp.

Thank you for your help. Another thing, does none red pigment fish eat shrimp will change their colour also? Example, TSN, pangasius, etc.

Yes, white fish for example can become slightly pink when they eat lots of carotines.
