got 3 days ago 2 hystrix rays they wouldnt eat tryed anything what could it be wateris good temp is good how can they die so fast from 3 days bareley food he wasnt skinny at all wel the last day a bit

Whenever you have a fatality, check your parameters (PH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate). What was in the tank to get it ready for this new bio-load?

please give us more Information about your System. Are the Hystrix Breeded or wild? Push your Temperature in the Tank up to 35 Degrees. make Daily Waterchanges. Don`t feed them the next 2 Days. Can you see Daethcurl or red Body?

the other one died this morning i got 2 x 1000 litetr filtration they were wild and i got m at 27,28 degrees
i m pretty sick from it they were exepensive but that aside its no use to buy 2 wonderful rays and they die in 3 days they should have been still free in the amazon, thats why i made up my mind and only keep my strong fish i got cichlas and arowanas never had problems with those

Temp seems a little low.. What were they eating?
They weren't true Hystrix, but the falsies out of Peru.. probably were very neglected in shipping overseas, and not much you could have done about it.

i know for 100% he had two way to skinny rays
in the last months rays are a hype in holland ! and LFS's are selling to much skinny rays ! i would trow there windows out if they don't give you your money back mate!!
