I’ve done everything possible to try to get my Oscar eggs to hatch I’ve put them in a separate aquarium, left with parents, mesh breeding container, egg tumbler, not even touching the rock or eggs. I have made sure that the male Oscar fertilizes the eggs and they’ve never been white when I took them out they’ve always been a tan colour or brown. I don’t know what to did anymore any ideas?

May be a water issue. In the wild they live in lower PH soft water, but in our tank normally live in Netrual or High PH tanks.
This may be killing the eggs off before they can hatch.

What happens to the eggs?
Do the parents eat them? Fungus over?

Next time you remove the eggs add a few drops of Methylen Blue. This will keep the fertile eggs from fungus. Like stated above the high ph is making things difficult.
