hey guys, how can you reduce noise sucking, and gushing down the over flow system? thanks in advance.

The best way is with a ball valve. A piece of filter sponge in the top of the vent tube will muffle the sound. A cap with a hole in it will do it too but not as well.
i use a piece of filter sponge in the top of the tube and a piece stuffed into the bottom. drians about 2 inches onto ceramic discs and then a filter sock filled with ammo-carb. dead quiet.
