Help: Peacock bass with what looks to be ich.

so i have water temps at 84-86F and i have about 1tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons. ammo-0 nitrite-0 nitrate-10 to 20. the peacock bass looks like it has ich. but the white spots on the body are flakey and not like a salt grain. is this ich or some other disease? thanks

i think mine has that too....kind of worry....almost like a scrapy scratch.......i cant figure myself....help also...plz......
