HELP Please Scat (Scatophagus Tetracanthus)

My Tiger Scat has some fungus and I need advise??? I had a small Vieja Argentea that picked at him in a couple spots. I got rid of the Vieja but some fungus has showed up on the Scat. I have treated the last three days with PimaFix and no improvement so far. Should I try and scrap the fungus off?

Sorry about the failure to respond quickly. Does that spot look cottony? What are your pH and KH right now? You can try applying mercurochrome on it. It is generally used for wounds and true fungal infections. If it does not work, then it could be bacterial or viral infection. Get close up pics of the spot.
