HELP PLEASE Setup after fish death?

i recently had a fish die in a tank he also had fin rot and i am emptying the water and want to set the tank back up with the same rocks/decorations....what is the best way to clean everything to ensure that my new fish will be ok

Boil everything that fits if you want. or just run it under water and let it dry in the sun. that should help

You could also try bleach.
