i was wondering if this is a good or bad combination of cichlids.

spongebob- auratus - melanochromis auratus
demon- blue johannii- melanochromis johannii
lilly & Eli- kenyi- metriaclima lombardoi
bee- bumble bee- pseudotropheus crabo
cami- vc10 milomo- placidochromis milomo
peanut- peacock- aujonocara nyassee
nugget- im not to sure but i think he is an obliquiden
i would post a picture of him for help but im not sure how to lol

thats all 8! the are all babies only abut 1-1 1/2 inches. any adivce or opinions is welcome!!!

also, nugget the obliquiden is a little more fiesty then the others and always hurahasses my peacock. should i rehome him?

tank size would help but looking at the first 4 listed i would say youre in for trouble when they start maturing.

The kenyi, auratus, bumblebee and johanni have a reps as some of the meanest mbuna and probably wont work long term in a 60 gallon The Vc 10 is a hap and will also outgrow a 60 gallon as he can get 10 inches in length.

Peacocks do not do well with mbuna in small tanks long term and heads up the crabo is the largest mbuna he makes my 75 look small.

+1 on what these guys said.

I think a lot of us started with a stock list that looked something more or less like that as those are popular starter fish in pet stores. Considering that they have names, I assume you already have all thee fish. You may have some luck with them surviving, but you will have deaths along the way. Those are some rough characters.
