help please

Will try to get a pic up tonight after work..but saw a severum that has been getting harassed recently has what looks like a white spot on his stomach, about the size of a pea. Almost looks like he got bitten pretty badly or scraped something hard..besides clean water and good food, anything you can think of? I know a picture will solve this ,just had to ask now though. Thank you
