Help Please

I need to move my 10 tiger barbs into my 55 it had guppies and am adding sand in a few minutes. will the water be safe for the barbs.

in short

2 weeks with guppies no filter bare bottom
today add sand and tiger barbs
will the barbs survive

Why no filter? Make sure you clean the sand real good before you put it into your aquarium.

no filter because the light drone it made drove me nuts (its in my bed room)

Why don't you run the filter when you aren't in your room? And add and airstone. As well as plants.

Plants will help with filtering/oxygenation.
