Help please!

Hi i have a 72 gallon bow tank with Cory cats and rose line sharks, I came to look at them and I noticed the Cory cats seemed stressed and it looks like one has a pimple looking structure on it and the on the rose lines, each of their upper fins seem to be black and also have something on them. Any help is good thanks and I'll try to get some pictures up.

That is the rose line shark And if u look at the top u can see something funny growing

The first thing to do is check your water parameters. Do you have a water test kit? If not usually a local fish store can test it for you.

Usually I find a good gravel vac/water change will solve a lot of minor issues.

I already gravel vac the whole thing and Currently testing water

The parameters are as follows:
Nitrate :5-10 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Ph: 6.4ish (put ph neutralizer in)
