help please

My dovii has a strange white speck on his side, I may just be paranoid. But wondering if anyone could tell me what this is and what I should do. He flashes from time to time and yawns here and there not sure if its all connected.

x2,,, probably just rubbed a rock the wrong way...maybe add some salt or if you can isolate in a smaller tank try some melafix,,,,but it probably will be ok without treating
