for ick, crank the heat up to 88, leave it that way for about 3 weeks.

I cranked it to 84 and the fish started to float upside down, this fish cant handle warm temps. More info in the other thread i linked too

Ive been following the ich sticky instructions. But this catfish cant tolerate the salinity or temps needed

There are a lot of ich drugs out there that work great. As long as you catch it early enough they will recover.

Catfish can require a reduced dosage of medicine or a slower increase of medicine. You will want to be careful. If you google catfish forum the 3rd one listed has a catfiish specific health forum and could advise on which medicine and how much to give. I'd mention the forum by name but I am not sure if that is against the rules here. You can PM to ask if you don't find it but I am pretty sure you will find it.
