I noticed this white streak on an Oscar about a couple of weeks ago I don’t think it is spread as the fish is getting larger. None of the other fish in the tank have this white streak. He is the only fish, and he has it on the one side. Any ideas?

Looks like he scraped himself on a rock what is the decor in the tank just keep water clean and do a little extra waterchange.
I agree with scrape and water changes he should be fine . It may just be the picture but it looks like your waters a bit cloudy, which could indicate a bacteria bloom.
Don't panic! With clean water a healthy O will heal quickly. My Brick sliced himself open once but healed in a week with extra w/c's. See if you can find what he scraped himself on and remove it.
When I used to be a lazy fish keeper and do water changes every 2-3 weeks and my oscar got a worse scrape then that and she healed fine.
