how to differetiate all the different rays?
i think it will be a good piece of information for everyone.
If buyers are able to tell the difference between pure breed and sp they won't get scam.
This is because i realise some sp looks the same as pure breed.
help please if you know how ?

This would have to be a very extensive article with a huge amount of pictures to show all the stages of a rays development and different angles at each stage not to mention someone capable of actually identifying each ray properly. Something like this would not be very practicle for a forum and would be a major undertaking by anyone. The easiest way is to post pics of the ray you would like to identify and take top, profile, bottom and tail pics of the ray at least.
If you are buying captive bred animals, you need to find a breeder you trust who only deas in pure bred animals. Too many hybirds are out there now, and you can't judge species by look anymore. I've seen very motoro looking rays come from mixed parents.
You won't be able to tell just from looks. A lot of hybrids will look like the same species as the mother. You would have to know the parents and grandparents... several generations back to make sure. That is why it is important to buy from a trustworthy seller.
