Help plz! Deaths in the tank

ok I got a problem never seen this ok this morning woke up to my pair convicts dead! Both had their eyes from the bottom pushed in! Idk how it happened but just got home and my red dragon is darting around with he's eyes also pushed in from the bottom is their something causing this? Checked water and its all at its best the only thing I did last night was the weekly water change right now he's darting the floats a lil then trys darting again this morning he was fine and eating the kamfas are fine but worried they might go out like this too! Need help!

Do you have a quarantine tank you can move them into for emergencies like this?
and Pics would help a lot to ID this problem.
