Help plz Injured clown loach

Hello i have a bit of an emergency well heres whats going on i went into the lfs and i saw two nice sized loaches and i asked the guy if he can get them for me, after he netted the first one he flopped out of the container and fell on the floor I dove and picked him up and I knew I should have left him but I was set on getting him he was such a nice healthy looking dude and figured he wasnt flopping around for a long time but after a couple of days in my quarantine ive noticed he has begun to get blotchy fungal patches on his body the other guy keeps swimming around him and helping him out but i have melafix and pimafix on hand but im alil weary as ive noticed these guys are very sensitive to anything really ive actually been struggling to keep loaches they just keep passing on me, no clue why either, ive gotten one to survive in my tank and these 2 new ones where going to be his new pals, and I would be really sad if I lost this guy and there not cheap either if anyone has any tips on these guys it would be great as well and much appreciated, they live in a 75 gallon heated and filtered water changes done weekly housed with 1 large parrot cichlid two keyhole cichlids i jewel cichlid some swordtails some platies and serpea tetras I feed them sinking pellets some algae waffers and bloodworms.
