My silver is freaking me out. I noticed about an hour ago he's not moving very much. His tail keeps curving up next to him. Once in awhile he will swim normal. Other times he'll just float slowly backwards with tail beside him. This is very odd behavior for him. I checked water everything is good, temp 80. He's about 4 inches. He's in a tank with 2 silver sharks slightly bigger than him and a pleco. They never bother him.

So....is he the one in your avatar and is that how he is? is so my little arowana did this when it was still at the stage with its yolk sack. the problem was obviously something was bugging him and i had other fishes with him (peacock bass and a cichlid pike) which i started noticing them picking on him(around the time his tail did the same thing in your avatar)
So removed him(or you could remove your other fishes) to his own tank(a 55g that i was cycling for some time) and within a couple of days his tail was as straight as a 180degree angle. This might not help alot but IMO i think the silver sharks are harrassing your arowana. Oh yea check your water params as well and crank that temp to like 82-84. (mine was at 86 and he loved it no problems at all)
sorry if this was too long to read hope it helps. :)

Thanks I'll try it he seems fine this morning but I thought he was dying last night.
