hi i got my first marine tank 3 days ago from my lfs (which i work at)
i bought a 98 liter river reef aquarium cube i also got live sand from our display tank 4 barrels of water from the display tank which is tested every day and 2 other for incase of an emergency. i also bought 25kg of live rock which has been cured for 4 months around the back of the shop for me. i have no other filter as the live rock does it for me i have 2 t5 bulb on it as well as a uv and mini v2 skimmer for nano tanks my question is i have tested the water each day and it all seems fine? does this mean i can add a pair of clowns yet?
my collegues say yes as it is all mature items apart from the tank itself i just wnated second opinion much appreciated :)
btw it also has 4 kg of live rock down the back insted of the filter pads it came with

I set up a 75 gal tank. I put in 20lbs of cured live rock, a power head for water current of flow (helps filtration from live rock) and I personally added a HOB filter. Had a spare and was told it wouldn't hurt.

Anyway, I filled my tank with water and in 1 week my tank cycled! If you water parameters are testing out fine then you could add fish with no problems!

Just don't go crazy adding many fish at first! It will crash the tank. Add maybe two or three for now. Allow them to stabilize the water params. In a week after adding them, have you're water tested again. If all is well? Add a few more!
