Help poisones water

I just tested my water with API test kit. My nitrites nitrates and ammonia is all high. There are no fish in the tank. It is a planted and many of the plants are dying. What can I do. Just water changes? I also have nitrifying bacteria as well. Should I do water changes with water from an already established tank?

It's not established per say if that's happening. How long has it been set up?

Yea not established at all lol. About a month if not longer.

It can take around 8 weeks for a tank to fully cycle, but normally happens faster. What planted are dying in the tank? I always try to add SeaChem Stability to any new tank I'm setting up, but that's if I'm out of ATM Colony Professional Grade Nitrifying Bacteria Freshwater Aquarium Supplement.
 
Do you think I should use the water from my 125 gallon. It has been established for a longtime.
