HELP popeye??

no cam one eye look bigger I have some water prob and now is water clear 100%
salt its a good idea??

don't know anything about stingrays but could it be dropsy

More info, please. What water problems did you have? For how long?

Can you describe the issue better. Is the eye swollen? Pushing out from under?

Pushing out could be a sign of renal failure.

A build up of bacteria can also cause eye problems, it can be a sign of poor water quality. As zoo diver said it could also be renal failure. How often are you changing water?

Do you have other rays I'n the tank?

Change the water, 25% every other day, condition the water. Salt is normally helpful. A freshwater disease can't live in salted water. It is a little weird for it to just affect 1 eye if it is popeye, I would explore other options. Is there anything in the tank that the ray could have injured the one eye on? A jagged rock or anything?

Another ray?
It probably damaged it's eye some how or cane I'n with a damaged eye and your poor water conditions created a nightmare for the injury

thanx for info all its good now yes got 6 rays 2 small and som big ones ... water Q got spining but its save know i change 100% but split in 3 times on one week
