So the intake cover fell off over night and this morning I couldn’t find my figure 8. Puffer when I went to feed him and my worst fears had happenned I noticed the intake cover was at the bottom and I quickly unplugged the filter and opened it and there I found him in the filter his fins are shredded and trapped air he also has open wounds I put him back in the tank and added melafix and extra airation he has since coughed up the air but is still in shock on his side at bottom of the tank ik the chances are low that he’ll pull through but any advice would be appreciated as I really don’t want to lose the guy thanks the photo below is the initial but since then he has colored up and released air but is still not moving
