HELP!!! quick

ok i hav a 10 gallon saltwater and i need help quick i do my water changes every week and i keep the tank clean the water smells horrible and so does my room now i hav a clown fish and a seahorse and i feed them frozen mysis shrimp the tank wont get clear either its cloudy need help fast!!! thanks

What kind of filter? how often do you clean the filter?

i cut the hood on the tank and put an emperor 400 on it lol waaaaaay over filtrated i clean it once a week we think its the food

maybe your feeding too much? try easing up on the food for a bit to see if it clears up.
