Would Prazi not work?

All the books say removing them manually is necessary.
If taken care of you should be fine.
The salt should be good for preventing secondary fungal infections from the wounds the lice inflict.
Good luck. They should be fine.

pull them off with tweezers then dose with anchorsaway or a product containing dimilin

No qt tank?

i know tweezers i used them and got all the lice off i could find! i have done it 3 times and not found any last time ill wait a few days!!
