HELP RD and Jag acting weird

My RD and Jag are bot just laying on the ground and only move if I open the lid thinking i have food esp the RD he just lays on his side, but the Mayan cichlids i put in last week swims around fine? whats going on?
 
The Jag is looking worse by the minute i did a 75% water change earlier today still nothing The RD 8" and the Jag" the mayans are btwn 3-4" in a 125G
 
Do you have pics? Is their skin peeling at all?

What are your water parameters?
 
Had these guys for a year grew my RD from a 1" brat to a 8" beast. dont have the test kid I am about to get one tomorrow. I think it might have to do with their skin cuz the Jag just went crazy and scratched himself all over the gravel and then went back dwn again.

is this tank properly cycled? how long has it been setup? If it is a recently set up tank the new additions may be what affected the parameters
