Help Red tail Cat Fish

hi guys, i recently bought a 2-3 inch Redtail cat, i am keeping it in small 20 gallon tank first before moving it into my 100 gallon tank. but snice i bought it, i tried feeding it pallets, and life fish. without any success. its not eating at all. Are there any other solution out there?
 
Not to be any of the tank size police.....but ur gonna needa a bigger tank than 100 gall for a rtc....and try bloodworms. I feed all my cats that. They love it

Thanks alot! i will get blood worm later, dont worry about the tank size, cause i do have a pond outside, i just need them to get into the size before i put them into the pond.

FPS (FISH PROTECTIVE SERVICE) WHERE HERE TO TAKE YOUR FISH!! haha, yeah blood worms or smetimes shrimp worked for me, How cold does ur pond get?
 
It just needs to readjust. Don't worry about the diet. It really eats anything.
