HELP RTC

my cichlids tryed to eat my rtc

so the rtc's eye is all red in blood i moved it into a 10 gallon and is morning it still alive but it is on its side what should i do

turn the temp up 84 or so(and i would do it slowly so it doesn't stress him more out)... put some salt in there or melafix... make sure it is well oxygenated... and if he won't swim try forceing water over the gills... goodluck

thanks i cant figure out if it is dieding or is just to small to swim right. but it just got stuck to the filter

well now you know not to put small rtc with cichleds. sorry for your loss, i guess that was an exspensive lesson.

thats probly what did him in from my past ex with rtc and melifix they dont react good to it and it has killed all the rtcs ive used it on.
