Help save my umbee

Help my umbee. He’s 7 and he hasn’t been eating for the last week. Water quality is good but he just won’t take to eating. He has always been a very ferocious eater but now he will go for it put it in his mouth and spit it out or not even attempt to go for it. Do you think it’s a bacterial infection? Parasites? Please look at the pictures below. I’m seeing some white discoloring in his fins.

You may want to go to one of the Milwaukee Aquarium Society meetings, and talk to some of the experts there.
They have meetings every 3rd Fri of the month, and there are some very expert aquarists that could give first hand knowledge, people come from as far as Chicago and Madison to attend.
The meetings are ope to all, and take place in Oak Creek.
