Help!!! Scales are turning white and coming off

Looked like a wound from jumping, but it has been spreading. The first pic is from a few days ago and the second is from today. I added Epsom salt and regular salt and nothing. What is going on?

Quarantine it if able. Can use a walmart plastic tote if none available. Get some triple sulfa and use it in the qt tank. This should cover it. Don't use in the main tank.

Still think it just skin and slime coat falling off from some type of trauma.

Okay I'll do that. I have him in a 10 gallon for now. Is 50 % everyday too much? I also have some Maricin left over, should I use that?

Can use maracyn as well as long as it's a complete dose. Never want to give a med with a short course. It won't work out as well.

50%wc every couple days should be fine. Also based on ur water parameters which need to be checked daily and the med will have to be redosed.
