Help setting up filtration system

I am setting up an 800 gallon tank and need some help with the filtration. What I am currently thinking of doing is having two intakes going to a sump, with heaters, where I will be using 4-6x FILTER SOCK 30 X 7in - 100 MICRON as my mechanical filter. Then I was planning on running two returns with 2 pumps (I have the pumps already and put together they give me the 5000 gph I am looking for) and connecting the pumps to a FBF each. Then having one of the FBF lead to UGJ and have the other go to a spray bar.

So now for questions:
I also want to add UV filters. Should I run these in line or just add them in the sump?
I think I need to put the pumps between the sump and the FBFs but can someone confirm?
I am going to be housing SA/CA cichlids so will this be enough filtration?
Are there any additional filter parts I should possibly add to make it more efficient?

I am planning to start this project in the spring/summer so any and all feedback is welcome and appreciated.

I think I would keep the FBF's recirculating into the sump & power them with a seperate powerhead. My imagination says the FBF would mess with your head pressure, especially if there's 800g of water pushing back down on the jets. Obviously I've never built/owned a system this size, but the overflows and returns are usually the weakest links in any system chain. IMO its best to keep those areas simple & direct.
