Help Sex and ID Parachromis PLEASE!!

Hey guys/gals

I picked up a new Parachromis yesterday! It was listed as a Friedrichsthalii, which I believe is correct after looking over others' pictures. But I would like to make sure I'm correct and if I'm not please feel free to correct me. It seems like its either a Friedrichsthalii or a Loisellei. Also I believe its a female as well, but I could be wrong again....Please chime in MFK'ers

its a loisellei ..it looks like a male loisellei with the spotting in the fins but cant tell if fins are rounded off or extended if extended its a male if rounded off its female...
 
Thats a loisellei. Common mistake for the LFS to label them Freddies.

Maybe Ill be able to sex him/her in a few weeks...

And one last questions, does anyone reccommend any tankmates for my Loisellei? I was planning on keeping it by itself (70G), but now I thinking maybe a Pleco or something that'll be able to hang with it.

Awesome! Time to do more research. I've notice that he seems to be pretty mellow, always hanging behind the plants and/or driftwood. But he seems to be more and more adventurous now since I fed him.
