help sex my festae

after looking at posts regarding festae, i still cant sex this. it is around 6-7". i can see shade of black blotch at the dorsal fin and body color is redish pointing to being female. but some of the males here also has the same traits. pls help

It appears female based on the lack of blue spangles in the back half of the body as well as the dorsal and caudal fins. Fatten her up and good water quality to brighten her up!
 
that's also my what i see. i just wanna make sure coz some male here at mfk also have the same traits. i just separated it from a female festae. as you can see in the pics that it has battle scars.

+1, although I would say good nutrition in sufficient quantity and not necessarily fatten her up, and the environment in which she feels comfortable should also tend to help intensify her coloration.

thanks all for confirming. right now she's solo in a 75gal. i was just wishing that its male coz i have another female in another tank...
