Help sex my Nic.

Hey all I'm trying to verify the sex of my nicaraguense its only about 3 inches.
pics of when i first got it and present It looks like its growing a hump could it be a male?

spot in the dorsal fin is how you sex them, not sure if male or female has them though lol. I think male has it but not sure.

Yeah, its the male that has the spots all over the fins but i was wondering if they are able to sex at this size.

for what its worth, i have two at that size and they dont have that bluish color to them, so id say yours is male. but this is just a guess

sorry guys this is about the clearest the pics can get . Some details about this fish is that its dorsal fin is really pointy and looks like its starting a trail and compared to my other one the head has a little nob on it and belly is not as orange.THIS IS MY OTHER NICARAGUENSE.
