Maybe , that fish looks pretty small so it could go either way but from the looks of it it does appear female. Males are usually starting to develope the fin trailers around that size and are so the fins are more pointy. That one has rounded fins so it's most likely female. Also the orange trim in males is thicker than in females.
They grow decently untill they get around 7-8" , then it starts to slowdown a bit . That also coinsides with when they often start to develope a nasty attitude. I'd go ahead and track down a male now. The longer you wait the harder it can be to get them to accept each other . Ideally a few males and a few female allowed to pair naturally will have the best chance of long term success.
