Help Sexing and Identifying Flowerhorn Please

Hi, everyone this is my first post I just got back into fish keeping. Ive always wanted a flower horn and I went to my local pet store and saw a fry for $14. I have no idea what type of flower horn he is maybe one of you can tell me. I know fry can be hit or miss as to the quality of them. What do you guys think of this guy do you think he has potential and do you think he is male or female. He is about 2 and a half inches and I already see lots of pearling and some red coming in and I don't see any black spots on the top fin so im leaning towards male but im no expert any help appreciated thanks!

Looks like a decent (ZZ) Red dragon. He's definitely has some potential if he's putting out color like that already at his size. As for a gender it'll be anybody's guess untill it's 4in and vented, so your lil guy has got some growing yet to do before we can help ya figure out if it's a he or a she.

Definitely a nice find tho for only $14. Your lucky to find anything good quality for that low of a price.

Looks like a decent (ZZ) Red dragon. He's definitely has some potential if he's putting out color like that already at his size. As for a gender it'll be anybody's guess untill it's 4in and vented, so your lil guy has got some growing yet to do before we can help ya figure out if it's a he or a she.

I will definitely keep everyone updated with his progress its exciting I was originally going to drop lots of money on one I already new was super nice and almost full grown but im enjoying watching his colors start to pop and his personality start to show so im glad I ended up getting him!
