Help sexing cichlids

I have a Jack Dempsey and a Green Terror. I am having trouble identifying the gender of the fish. The Dempsey looks like a female to me and the Terror a male.

I'd like to see if someone can help me out with this. Here are some pictures:

The dempsey is a girl. As for the GT, no way to tell from the photos you've posted. Anyone who says differently is simply guessing.

jack is a girl and as for the gt my pure "guess" would be male but its too early , but i think i see something .

Well yesterday the green terror laid eggs, so I guess that answers that question.

I was gonna say too hard to tell from pic but probally female
