Help sexing Dovii & RTM

Can you guys please help me with the sexing of these 2? I posted 2 weeks ago asking about the Dovii ( http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205371 ) and you all said probably female, but it needed to get a little bigger to be sure. Well, its gotten bigger and some color and speckles which is more akin to a male from what I understand.

From the new pictures, do you all have any difference of opinion now...or is it still too young to tell for sure?

Also, can you help with the sexing of the RTM? I have a 7 inch male RTM Id like to add to the tank and will get rid of this one, depending on the sex.

that dovii is still small, but to me it looks male.

the rtm might be a female, lot's o red.
 
I agree the Rtm is female.Never kept Dovii so I can't help Ya there

I agree with the rtm being female, as with the dovii I cannot tell, it is noe showing much in the way of colour, give it time and you will know.

Yea, the flash blows out the colors as well. I cant seem to get a good representation of the tank and how the fish look in it. Plus, there are lots of tannins in the water from the driftwood. A week ago I bought 4 bags of Purigen and have it in the sump, but it really doesnt seem to be removing any of the discoloration.
