Help sexing JD

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help me sex these two Jack Dempsey. I acquired them from a friend recently and just wanted to know what I was workin with with these two.

I know having them in with my frontosas probably isn't too good from them. Good excuse for a new tank. =D
 
Both males....

Females have more blue markings on there lower gill plates.

@Cakilla: Can you vent SA cichlids in the same way you would africans?

Since they're both males, it's probably a good idea to get rid of one right? I like the coloration of the second one better, so I may just get rid of the other one.
 
to be honest I am not sure if it can be done , I have been trieing to research online about venting them and haven't had much luck sorry , it was the only other thing that I thought might work other then the colors paterns ext.
