Help sexing my GT for breeding?

Hey guys,
I'm hoping he/she is not too young to tell the sex but hopefully someone can help me out.
I had orginally bought a young pair from the lfs. 1 was the dominant male in the tank and the other was doing the breeding shimmy next to him all the time and they were always together protecting an area.

Unfortunately my large Oscar ate one of them and now I'm having a hard time telling which one he ate.

male i can see the his tube in the first pic... :D
 
His tube??? Females have egg laying tubes and males have the other type of tube but even if you could see it in that picture I doubt you would be able to tell by that.
 
People who look at the 1st pic will say male. 2nd one will say female.

Judging by the pattern on the fins, and the body shape, Im saying female.

*BTW the tube is the best indicator of sex.
