Is it the only haitienesis in the tank?
The reason I ask, is haitiensus are very plastic in their male female presentation.
Normally a dark color in the dorsal (showing up slightly in your photo above), is a female trait, but if there isn't male around, that trait sometimes is fades and is hidden.
Here is a female in normal coloration with a male around, note the solid black in the dorsal.
But when the male is removed from her tank, below, the same female.
and above note, even her profile is different without a male around, more steep (alpha)
You also have very light colored substrate, which often influences the base color.
Here is a male in normal coloration, note the lack of dark pigment in his dorsal.
but when I put him in tank with very light coloration, his color fades, below.
