Help Sexing Red Shoulder Severums

I've had them for about 4 weeks.
The biggest (which I'm guessing is male) is about 5".


The smaller one is just over 4".

The larger one appears to be a male and smaller a female. The males have a pattern on the face and female does not usually. On younger males they will not have a pattern also. The fishes have to be mature to tell apart easier. Good Luck.
