I had got this guy off of craigslist yesterday. Being quarantined now. I see a big tube sticking out. Any ideas on the sex?

Yup, big tube for eggs probably means female. Profile of fish also looks female to me, though on hybrids things like that can be confusing.
My guess would be it's a girl
