Help sexing Umbee

Hey all i am wondering if it is possible to sex this umbee yet? Its about 3 inches in length now and is a holy terror. It is ALREADY starting to bow up and attack the glass when im close.

Is it possible to sex it at this size? I do not have enough expirience with these to sex them.
ANy help would be appreciated!

To young to tell. Where did it come from....looks a little different then most that size.

My crappy photos make it look like the face looks downturned like a snyspilum or something but
It doesn actually but it came from a place in new Orleans called 50 fathOms. But ok thanks I was thinking that might be the case and it is too young. What signs can I look for when they are older?

im leaning 50% towards male and 50% towards female lol. very young to tell sex but umbees are amazing fish and females will show a black spot on dorsal fin when they get bigger. good luck

its a bit too young at this point. at around 4-5" yull start to see trailers develop and from there it will be easier to tell if it a M/F
