After moving him into a 250 gallon indoor pond he retreated to his cave for a few weeks and I hardly saw him. Now about three weeks after the move I got him out to find what appears to be a fungal infection on his back limbs tail and a spot on his head. He is lethargic at least till you pick him up. It seems to be eating away at his limbs like fin rot as one leg is now just a nub and other two look very ragged. I tried jungle fungle but it did nothing. Now trying salt bath once a day and methylene blue in a quarantine tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried seachem kanaplex? It's more broad spectrum than Jungle fungus clear, which has the same ingredients as Furan-2. What is the PH of your water?

Daily 50% water changes. They are tough. Legs grow back. I would avoid meds and stick with clean water only for a couple weeks.
