I almost positive my CK is sick. He has been very lathargic with his meals as of late where as before he would dash at food stuffing himself like no tomorrow. The fish will sort of slurp a small portion of food up if at all. Before the CK would try to fit as big of piece as possible in his mouth. The fish has also been bouncing off the rocks and at the surface. Would this be an indication of internal parasites?

Sounds like he just might have some parasites. Have you examined it's feces? Take a close look at it too to see if there is anything visible on it's body.
I haven't really looked closely at the feces but I will. What should I be looking for, white feces? It does have a small red circular mark by his tail. I just introduced a florida gar into the tank about 6 days ago but they have showed NO signs of agression towards eachother. The CK is the larger of the two as well. The behavior was occuring before the gar was introduced to the tank.
