API test kit liquid ammonia and 5-1 test strip
Freshwater with 3 tbsp/5 gallons of salt
1.5 weeks with cycled filter and biomedia
3 Cichla kelberi approximately 3" for 2.5 weeks

Fluval Fx6, internal 13w UV sterilizer, maxi-jet 900
Not much sunlight, t8 fluorescent for 8 hours/day
Last water change 4 days ago, 20% water change with gravel siphon
Normal diet of frozen bloodworms, frozen brine, frozen mysis

Treatment with 3 tbsp/5 gallons of salt and elevated temperatures. 60mL of pimafix and 60mL of melafix
Slight case of ich for approximately 1.5 weeks, white spots disappeared and now it seems there's a secondary infection. White splotches on fins, slightly ragged looking, and splotchy slime coat. Somewhat clamped fins, appears to show interest in eating but not taking much in. These splotches and fins appeared this morning, fish were otherwise in excellent shape last night.

I don't know what it is, but Polyguard works for Bacterial, Parasitic and Fungal. Treat w/ a 3-in-1 if you can't figure out what it is in a timely manner. Paraguard works too if u can't find Polyguard
 
I have liquid maracyn oxy coming tomorrow as well as coppersafe, I don't think the coppersafe is necessary at this stage but a secondary issue is in need of attention
